Husqvarana 300 TE Graham Jarvis Factory Bike test.

Earlier this week a member of Enduro.Live attended the Husqvarna Factory bike test Day located at Casanova di Destra, Italy as Husqvarna kindly asked us to test the new Enduro 2017 Factory Husqvarna Range. The day consisted of leaving at 8am to head off to the track which was located alongside a riverbed where the Husqvarna factory racing team had set up with the 2017 bikes ready for a full day of testing, riding and trying out their new machines.

To start the day off we received a list of bikes that we would be testing throughout the day. The first bike on the list was Graham Jarvis’s Husqvarna 300 TE. The first test track was a enduro style special test section, the bike felt awesome! Super lightweight and instantly i noticed the difference in the new counter-balancer shaft which reduces the engines vibration, the difference in the bike was remarkable. This completely new construction featuring a new shaft arrangements for better mass centralisation. The bike impressively hit the new twin-valve controlled power valve and made it very predictable to ride, with the machines new re- worked 5 speed gearbox the bike pulled smoothly through the gears. With the newly designed chassis the bike feels exceptionally light to ride.

Whilst on the test track i felt as though the bike was more controllable, extremely good at handling the corners while being immensely responsive on the throttle. One of my favourite points about the bike was how in control and confident I felt as a rider. Overall the special test really showed the strengths that the 2017 husqvarna 300 TE has to offer.

We then moved on to the extreme enduro test on a long loose rock river bed, water splash with a few small rock sections again the Husqvarna 300 TE did not disappoint. This is where the bike felt most at at home set up for extreme enduro rider Graham Jarvis. The suspension set up felt great and the bike felt as though it floated over the loose rocks, again as i rider i felt very comfortable and the bike handled perfect over all the extreme sections with ease.

With all the qualities i have already mentioned above. The bike gave an outstanding performance, Husqvarna have done a spectacular job with the whole enduro range but by far the 300 TE ticked all the boxes for me and i am still smiling writing this report thinking about the amazing time I had riding it.
